Das Biosph\u00e4renzentrum M\u00fcnsingen liegt zentral zwischen den 29 Gemeinden des Biosph\u00e4rengebietes Schw\u00e4bische Alb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"color: #ff6600; font-size: 20px; font-weight: bold;\">Alb-Tr\u00e4umer<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Schw\u00e4bischer Dschungel werden die einzigartigen Urw\u00e4lder am steilen Albtrauf genannt. Das UNESCO-G\u00fctesiegel letztlich gilt insbesondere dem Schutz dieser Hang- und Schluchtw\u00e4lder. Rund 40 Prozent des Biosph\u00e4rengebiets sind bewaldet \u2013 meist von der Buche. Jedoch sind drei Prozent als Kernzone ausgewiesen. Gerade in den schattigen und feuchten T\u00e4lern der Alb gedeihen Berg-Ahorn, Esche und Linde.<\/p>\n<p>Im Sommer lockt das schattige Gr\u00fcn. Der Herbst und Winter er\u00f6ffnet ohne Laub eine herrlich freie Sicht bis in die Stadtgebiete des Tals. Das UNESCO-Biosph\u00e4renreservat hier ist weltweit eines der bev\u00f6lkerungsreichsten Schutzgebiete. Es wird spannend: Wie vernetzen wir die Ballungsgebiete mit dem l\u00e4ndlichen Raum? Wie entwickeln wir die Alb gem\u00e4\u00df UNESCO-Ideen zum Modell f\u00fcr einen lebenswerten Natur- und Wirtschaftsraum?<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Fakten:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Die Verordnung \u00fcber das Biosph\u00e4rengebiet Schw\u00e4bische Alb ist nach Ver\u00f6ffentlichung im Gesetzblatt f\u00fcr Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg am 22.\u00a0M\u00e4rz 2008 in Kraft getreten und erstreckt sich auf 29\u00a0Gemeinden und den Gutsbezirk M\u00fcnsingen in den Landkreisen Alb-Donau, Reutlingen und Esslingen sowie den Regierungsbezirken Stuttgart und T\u00fcbingen und auf einer Fl\u00e4che von 85.269 Hektar (Kernzone: 2.645\u00a0Hektar (3,1\u00a0Prozent), Pflegezone: 35.410\u00a0Hektar (41,5\u00a0Prozent; Entwicklungszone. 47.214\u00a0Hektar (55,4 Prozent).<\/p>\n<p>Die St\u00e4dte und Gemeinden bringen rund 1.000\u00a0Hektar Gemeindewald (ca. 1,2\u00a0Prozent der Gesamtfl\u00e4che) in die Kernzonen ein. Kern- und Pflegezone nehmen im Biosph\u00e4rengebiet insgesamt 38.055\u00a0Hektar ein. Davon unterliegen knapp 90 Prozent bereits einem Fl\u00e4chenschutzstatus (Naturschutzgebiet, Landschaftsschutzgebiet, FFH-Gebiet oder gemeldetes Vogelschutzgebiet).<\/p>\n<p>Die veranschlagten Gesamtkosten der Biosph\u00e4rengebietsverwaltung belaufen sich auf 730.000\u00a0Euro pro Jahr, wovon 200.000\u00a0Euro f\u00fcr Projektf\u00f6rderungen und Kofinanzierungen vorgesehen sind. Bis 2011 werden die Kosten vom Land getragen, ab diesem Zeitpunkt werden sich die Kommunen an der Finanzierung des Biosph\u00e4rengebietes beteiligen.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die Landesstiftung Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg leistet einen Beitrag zur F\u00f6rderung der Ziele des Biosph\u00e4rengebiets.
